The XTR ALU TOUR 8848 are versatile, foldable poles, suitable for a wide variety of outdoor activities, in all seasons. With this model, you can practice everything from trekking to ski mountaineering, from leisurely snowshoe excursions to the wildest split-boarding. The pole is made of five aluminum sections measuring 18, 16, and 14 mm in diameter that can be folded in an instant thanks to WIRED technology. When folded, this model measures just 37 cm and can be easily carried in a backpack, taking up minimal space. Thanks to the FAST-LOCK locking system, you can easily adjust the length of the first section of the pole to your needs. The ergonomic and comfortable SOFT grip is accompanied by a sweat-proof and non-slip foam extension that provides additional support during steep climbs. Finally, the CARBIDE tungsten tip ensures optimal grip even on the most rugged or slippery terrain, while the included baskets are interchangeable for winter or summer use.
